After running into interference at the head office, she finally makes it into a meeting in the executive suite where she is mistaken for a new member of the Board! 
As her shock begins to subside, Sara slowly starts to realize what amazing possibilities are now just within her grasp – she can not only save her employees from getting fired; she can also inject some new energy into this old and conservative firm.
With a stubborn fierceness and her talent for improvisation, Sara dives into her new mission to rescue the company from its own lack of imagination. But the first hurdle she encounters turns out to be a tough one: it’s her main adversary on the Board, the hard-liner David Karp, who is responsible for the company’s new and brutal “restructuring plan”.
From this point on, with his new fellow board member hanging on his every move, David will no longer be able to find any peace. But wherever there’s a lot of friction, there’s also a lot of heat, and it’s not long before the two antagonists realize they’ll have to work together in order to save the firm.
Suddenly, saving the company takes on a whole new meaning when Sara, through her good relationships with the workers “on the ground”, learns of a devious scheme that has been costing the firm millions. But dealing with the problem could mean the disruption of all of Sara’s plans to rescue the company when the schemer discovers Sara’s true identity…
