Policewoman Sina’s entire world is thrown into chaos when she learns that she had been stolen from the hospital shortly after her birth, and that she has a twin sister. In Berlin, Sina finally finds her sister Sophie, who is a successful fashion designer. 
Despite their vast differences, the two take to each other immediately. Sophie excitedly tells Sina that she is to be married to David, a well-known publicist in two days.
But Sophie desperately needs to settle one pressing matter before the wedding: her ex-boyfriend Xavier, whom she had left without any explanation a year ago, is asking Sophie to come see him in Helsinki! Feeling guilty, Sophie plans on making the trip. David will be celebrating his bachelor party anyway, and will not notice her short absence…
Events take an unexpected turn when the heavily intoxicated David makes a surprise visit to Sophie’s apartment and somehow manages to mistake Sina for his future bride. Sina plays along, thinking no harm will come of it.
The next morning there is no sign of Sophie. Xavier is holding her captive in an isolated cabin in the Finnish mountains! Unaware of her sister’s fate, Sina is forced to continue her charade, but what to do now that she has fallen head over heel for David?
