Marie denies all knowledge of the mystery woman, although his reaction has given her an idea… The next day, Paul meets the seductive woman again. Through his work as a structural engineer, Paul is sent to a run-down house, presumably to determine what parts of the building can be salvaged. The waiting customer is none other than “Isabelle Poirot”, the name Marie has chosen for her alter ego.
So begins a cat and mouse game, because Paul is already suspicious. He tries to trip Marie up… but she continually outwits him… or so she thinks. The air between Paul and “Isabelle” sizzles, which only makes Marie wonder. Would Paul ever betray her? Her answer is soon to come, when Paul invites “Isabelle” on vacation…
