Love is in the Air

After escaping from her own disastrous wedding, Nelly starts a new life in the big city where she lands a job at the VIP airline Starline and meets three almost perfect guys - but who is Mr. Right?

Nelly’s heart is crushed when her fiancé Jens betrays her with her best friend on their wedding day. In a state of shock she flees the scene and drives all night to find herself in Berlin.



Sometimes Nelly even surprises herself. She applies for a job as lounge manager at Starline, an exclusive airline for the rich and famous. Starline is a glamorous and exclusive world unto itself, in which the employees are continually involved in stormy intrigues.

Careers here can easily nosedive with the slightest misplaced passion, but Nelly vows that her new and promising life will most definitely not include any romance.

The first to test her resolve is the handsome and fun-loving pilot Mark. The second is Konstantin, the big boss and elder brother of Mark. Where Mark is all play, charming and crazy about women, Konstantin is all business and devotes his entire life to the company. He simply has no time for women… at least in the romantic sense.






That’s why he’s completely oblivious to the fact that Judith, Starline’s co-owner, has a major crush on him. For Nelly, that’s trouble in the making, because Judith isn’t about to put up with any female competition. Buckle up!








Finally there is Nils, a carpenter and Nelly’s new neighbor. He’s the kind of guy that women really go for, although he’s the last to know. Nils is boyish, fun-loving and the best buddy anyone could ask for.








He’s on the verge of proposing to his girlfriend Melanie, but his plan is interrupted by his teenage sisters who are fed up with living in the country. They want to move in. With their parents gone Nils feels responsible, so he suddenly finds himself with a family.







Mark is quickly drawn to Nelly and hasn’t yet learned to take no for an answer. Will Nelly eventually surrender to his charm with the hope of changing this Casanova into her devoted husband?

During a rough period for Starline Nelly discovers that beneath Konstantin’s icy exterior beats the heart of a caring and vulnerable man. Could he be the one she’s really looking for?



With the passing of time, Nils has become Nelly’s best friend. They each have their bouts of jealousy when it comes to others, but they simply convince themselves it’s just out of concern for their friendship. The sparks of love that fly between the two go ignored, so the flames of passion have no chance to ignite…
