In this live prime-time event series, viewers will be confronted in an entertaining way with the results of a unique nationwide survey about their sex lives.
The survey reveals general information about sexual behavior and unravels and compares the answers submitted by both men and women of various age groups (18-24, 25-45, +45) and from different regions of the country.
This unique approach answers questions everyone wonders about, such as: How many times a week do women have sex? Does the same go for men? What percentage of men masturbate, and with what frequency in which region? Are women between 18 and 24 more or less faithful than women over 45? Do women give more oral sex than they receive? What’s the most unusual place men have ever had sex?
Far from being a cold analysis of facts and figures, “The Sexometer” focuses on the most surprising results of the survey, which often prompts humorous scenarios and lively debates as the revealing sexual preferences of locals throughout the country – as well as those confessed by the show’s participants - are openly examined.
There are two shows, one involving only women, the other only men, with each consisting of three celebrities and 300 carefully selected participants who are representing the population.
They are evenly divided into the three different age groups that were covered by the survey.
Although the men are separated from the women, each show secretly allows three celebrities of the opposite sex to take part in the show from a “private room”, from where they eavesdrop on the lively discussions taking place with the help of hidden cameras.
It’s only in the final stage of the show that the presence of these “voyeurs” is revealed, at which point they are invited to join the programme and participate in a final battle of the sexes…
The unique approach of the survey, the original studio set-up and the fact that sex and passion are universally the most riveting topics make “The Sexometer” an excellent prime-time entertainment programme easily adaptable to the needs of any region.
